Loading ...Paris Hilton might go to jail for up to 90 days if it turns out she drove with a suspended drivers license and was aware of it. The 27th of March she was pulled over for driving without headlights and when the cops checked out her license it turned out to be suspended over a drunken and reckless driving incident in November. Paris claimes not to have been aware of this and so does her spokesman, Elliot Mintz. It is serious business though and the LA attorney generals office claims they can prove she was aware of the suspension. A hearing is set on the 17th of April.
