Loading ...The sheriff Lee Baca has denied all claims to special treatment given to the heiress Paris Hilton in the jail. He feels that a probe into this matter is useless and a complete wastage of time and money.
Sheriff had taken a big step last month (June 07) by setting the star socialite free within three days of her jail. He had ordered her home imprisonment for the rest of the days with a monitoring device tied to her ankle. But soon the judge dismissed sheriff’s decision and sent Hilton back to jail.
As of now, the sheriff is back in the news because of privileged treatment being given to Hilton in jail by his officials. The court has ordered an investigation into that matter and sheriff (left without any option) has agreed to help in the investigation. However he says It’s wasting tax payers’ dollars on something really trivial.”
Regarding the claim that Hilton was given a brand new jail dress rather than a recycled one, sheriff explains that “I was told that Miss Hilton is a size three and we don’t have size threes in the jail, so there had to be some accommodation for her, otherwise she wouldn’t be able to wear what we have.”
