She was sent to rehab after similar incidents happened in May, when she crashed her Mercedes Benz. Lohan was stopped by the police and arrested for drunk driving on Tuesday the 24th of July, in Santa Monica.On the 24th of August, Lohan will have to appear in court to defend her two recent assaults. She will not only have to explain her drunk driving, but also her possession of drugs. When Lohan was pulled over for drunk driving, in addition the police found quite an amount of cocaine in her car.
