Her lawyer Laura Wasser reveals that Britney does not need to worry about the supposed complaints made to the child welfare. She said that It does not appear the country will pursue any action at this time.
It is speculated that one possible reason behind the dismissal of the child welfare complaint against Britney is that the complainant hasnt come forward. No body has any idea that who filed the complaint and called the child welfare services.
However, the custody issue per se does not seem to get over early. According to the court officials there will be minimum three more court hearings in 2007 for the custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. But due to Britney’s timely insensible acts, the chances are more in favor of the father of the kids, Kevin Federline.
