Hilton says she is the owner of the sentence “That’s Hot”, and wants Halmark to stop distributing “her” words in combination with her name.
Paris wants at least $500,000 in actual damages and a stop on the distribution of the card. She claims that Hallmark has misused her image and invaded her privacy. For now, the postcard remains on sale…
