The 37 year old Mariah has suggested Lohan and Britney to get spiritually oriented. The five times Grammy award winner, Carey had suffered an emotional breakdown in 2001 but she sailed through the tough times with the spiritual guidance.
Carey tells the Glamor magazine that I would say you need to be very centered, and spiritually know where you are at, all the time. don’t read the tabloids. don’t be obsessed with what people are saying or writing. Live you life for you. My lifestyle has changed since making it. It’s not a financial struggle, but I am still struggling in a lot of ways¦It took me a long time to acknowledge that my personal feelings mattered.
