Loading ...The famous movie star and the protagonist of “Merlose Place”, Amy Locane is being charged for committing an accidental homicide in a car crash while driving under alcohol influence. The actress was driving her Chevrolet Tahoe and had a minor accident, strucking a car in Princeton before driving away from the scene and hitting violently a Mercury Milan on Cherry Hill Road at about 9:05 in the evening. One of the passengers, Helen Seeman was found dead at the scene and the driver, her husband, Fred Seeman was urgently transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in a very critical condition. After collecting some blood samples from Amy Locane, the expertise established that she was under alcohol influence. Amy said that she consumed some wine before. Now the bail is set at $50,000 for the 29-year old actress, but the charge of vehicular homicide carries a sentence of ten years of imprisonment.
