Now it is turn of Daddy to look after the daughter spears as both were spotted by paparazzi and especially father Jamie escorting Britney towards to have dinner at Club Social in Hollywood on the night of February 16.

As reported by the press, “The two were mobbed by paparazzi hoards desperate to get photos of the dolled up pop star. The situation spun out of control at one point, as photogs jostled for vantage positions.”

However, on the date of 16th February Britney completed tumultuous one year of activities since she shaved her head in a hair salon. As the previous year remained very turbulent for the ‘Gimme More’ singer it is expected that this year would be going to be a better one for her as she is under jurisprudence of her parents.

Britney spear’s once again seen driving

In the recent news and development about Britney she was seen with her mother for shop at Miss Sixty on Melrose on Tuesday. At the shop she had a change of clothes for pleasure and soon from there she moved towards the Millennium Dance Studios.

Further more her father who looks after her estate for time being tried to fire her business manager as he in violation of court order provided car to ‘Jimmie More’ actress. According to media report, “Papers filed in a Los Angeles court state Howard Grossman had been asked to deliver a car to Jamie Spears, who has temporary control of the star’s estate. But the 26-year-old was seen driving around Los Angeles shortly after being released from a psychiatric ward.” There yet to be confirmation from Grossman whether he has been fired or not.

The Toxic singer Britney Spears and her ex-hubby Kevin Federline have planned a holiday schedule for their two children after the custody hearing of the couple happened in court on Monday (26 November 07) in Los Angeles. The details of this hearing haven’t been made public as yet because the attorneys for both Brits and Kevin wrapped up the hearing. But according to an insider reveals that Spears’ drug test did not take place in the court.

The hearing of the court for the custody of Jayden and Sean will resume on January 23, 2008 and the couple will be back in the court then.

Britney needs secrecy for custody case

According to reports an attorney of the troubled pop diva Britney Spears has requested the court commissioner to prevent Los Angeles county authorities from viewing court filings in the pop star’s ongoing custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline because she fears that the inmate details of the case could be leaked to the press.

In a hearing on Monday (26 November 07), Thomas Dunlap, the man representing Britney Spears argued that the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services is a “large bureaucracy with thousand of employees” where sensitive information about the case is not safe. At present the department is keeping an eye on Spears’ parenting skills.

On the other side, Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan asked the court to consider only turning over relevant files. Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon’s decision was not disclosed. Spears and Federline will again meet for the court hearing on January 23, 2008 and resume the custody battle of their two sons- Sean Preston and Jayden James.

While roaming through the Petco in West Hollywood in company of Sam Lufti and her puppy the ‘Gimme More’ singer procured some pet supplies and added a new goldfish, to her family and especially a friend for her boys.

And she was hardly seem perturbed from the recent custody episode, according to one of the resource presented at the scene told, “She looked good with her hair pulled up loosely in a bun. Her outfit was more appropriate than usual, too.”

Along with her gal pal Elisha Cuthbert who has changed to the short hair style, she shared time pondering over the ideas for her best friend Nicole Richie’s Baby Shower.

“I honestly don’t know what you play at a shower,” Hilton told E!, adding, “Maybe I’ll find a book or something to get some ideas.”

She further added, “I don’t know what to get her. Because most of us don’t know yet what she’s having. She doesn’t know if she’s having a boy or a girl…”

She was spotted with country sweetheart Carrie Underwood’s former football star boyfriend Tony Romo during a night out in Hollywood few after her court ordeal with K-Fed for the physical custody of the kids on Friday (26 Oct 07). Spears was seen sitting on the lap of the Dallas Cowboys star a Los Angeles hotspot Les Deux.
The duo was glared at by the bystanders and the DJ Ryan Seacrest. The American Idol Seacrest told the listeners at the KIIS-FM radio show that I spoke to her for a minute. She seemed to be in a very, very good mood. She had her sunglasses on. “I said, ‘Busy day, huh?’ She kind of smiled and laughed and said, ‘Yeah.’ And then I believe I saw her and Tony Romo frolicking.” When asked by a co-host if Spears was sitting on Romo’s lap, Seacrest replied, “Yeah.”

Britney spears angry with K-Fed

The troubled pop diva Britney Spears is angry with her ex-hubby Kevin Federline because he hasnt been asked to undergo a drugs test in their ongoing battle for the physical custody of their sons- Sean Preston and Jayden James .
Spears lost their custody last month after reportedly ignoring a number of court imposed demands and skipping mandatory drug tests. The Toxic singer was asked to submit to random drug tests at an earlier court hearing after she was accused of being a habitual, frequent and continuous user of drugs and alcohol by the Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon.
However, what is turning the Gimme More singer furious is the preferential treatment the court is giving to K-Fed. A close friend told the British newspaper The Sun that She is furious. She believes the court is more sympathetic towards Kevin.

Eddie Van Halen’s ex-wife Valerie Bertinelli Britney Spears has given a harsh message to Britney Spears that stay at home and look after your kids. The actress and weight loss queen Valerie Bertinelli has a soft corner for the troubled pop diva as she continues to battle for the physical custody of her kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
But Bertinelli also states that Spears can gain support of the masses if she stops her partying, flashing her privates and starts behaving like a responsible mom. She tells the U.S news show Entertainment Tonight that If you are gonna have children that young, stay at home and take care of them�Put your underwear on and stay at home.
Like other Americans Bertinelli too is keeping an eye on every move that the Toxic singer makes. And she strongly feels that it is time for Spears to stop treating the paparazzi and get serious about parenting. She adds that “How many times do you need to go to the gas station and Starbucks every day?” And the former child star admits she’s sick of seeing today’s young actresses behaving badly: “You just want to shake some of them and say, ‘Stop it, just stop it!’”
